Fredrik will attend two of the German trade shows this month to kick off the new year. He will be at Domotex in Hannover on Jan 16 and IMM (International Furniture Fair) in Cologne on Jan 17 and 18.

For the first time AHEC will host a conference in Poland. On October 27 & 28, US hardwood exporters and customers will meet in Warsaw. Sven and Fredrik will be there to represent TYR Wood Products.

The 114th annual NHLA convention this year takes place in Nashville, TN, and TYR Wood Products will have four representatives there to visit with suppliers and customer.

This year the convention runs from September 21-24.

A big thank you to all business partners, friends and family who showed up for our open house party on August 19, to celebrate our recent move to downtown Portland.

The TYR Team and guests alike had a good time and we look forward to other get-togethers like this in the future. 

Good news on the hardwood export front the first four months of the year. Worldwide volume was up 16.7% with each of the four months showing greater volumes than a year ago.
